You didn't note that "journalism" was in air quotes? Still, the writer's heart is in the right place. God knows I'd be pissed if I only found out when I got to an eatery that there had been an embargo.
yep, me too. Although if the sauce is good, you could just pour it over a shoe, some bread, whatever, and eat that.

So just put wing sauce on drumsticks. Not exactly the same, but problem solved. :p Leg quarters are on sale at a grocery store here for 37 cents a lb, couldn't imagine paying over $2/lb for wings, especially with how little meat they have on them.
