Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Good Fixie Frames

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am looking to build another fixed gear on a new frame. What is a good all-around frame.

Make sure you fully tarck it out to get the best out of it though. Veeps (front Spok is OK), Phil hubs, Sugino 75 cranks, track pedals with double straps (make sure you ride these with Vans, they are the most comfy), risers or track drops with no grips.

Just use search. I'm not calling you an idiot for asking, cause we've all been there, but you're just gonna get a bunch of outlandish answers...

I was going to suggest an '80s touring frame, but this beats it by miles. Tell me, can you really ride those under water?
