well i wont try to explain too much in detail since the article does that. But idk how many people have heard about these new lead testing laws in which bmx bikes have gotten caught up in. they mainly target stuff kids would 'eat' among kids toys. I found out about this because ive been waiting for a 09 complete (khe) to be available and its been pushed back several times for this reason.
Either way, pretty interesting article about new laws that affect our manufacturers and us directly so i though id post it up.
