I'm looking for a good LBS in the Tyler area/Lake Palestine area. Any suggestions?

You might try the forum on the bicycle club website as well.
Keep in mind that a smaller-town bicycle club and bike shop are not necessarily independent from each other.
I notice that Yahoo Yellow Pages shows a Tanner Bicycle in Tyler, plus some sporting goods places. I see that on this Tyler Bicycle Club website, they have a link to a "Simpson's Elite Bicycles".
If it's anything major, Tyler's not so far out but what you couldn't run into the Dallas area for parts or service, too.
