Triathlon - Behind the seat bottle cages help

I am trying to find a way to carry 2 more water bottles when I ride. Asking here as tri-folks tend to carry bottles behind the seat. I have seen the Performance one (http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=18690&subcategory_ID=4342)that goes on the seat stem and REI (gasp!) has one that attaches to the seat rails (http://www.rei.com/product/768770). Looking at other LBS, I have not found other options.

Searching this forum, I found the XLab information, but don't run an aero seatpost, so options become more limited.

My tubes, etc are carried in a small bag under my seat. A way to still carry that gear is necessary.

Any suggestions you can make would be most greatly appreciated.

i have an xlab miniwing which mounts to the seatrails, it hold only two cages but has a spot for straps to carry a bag, and a slot for a nut that hold two 12g CO2 cartridges and a spare tube.
I eventually got the miniwing because i found it on sale for $30
The hydro tail only mounts to certain seatposts.
The minoura cages keep the bottles Real close to your butt.
And Xlab has a few different designs that all prevent bottle-launch, and i believe all mount to seat rails.

I would go with the Profile Designs Aqua Rack http://www.profile-design.com/products/hydration/aqua-rack/ I run my decent sized bag that connects to my seat rails/post and just put the bottle rack right under the bag and works awesome. I haven't had one complaint yet, haven't dropped any bottles yet, and I don't think I will, it holds them pretty tightly.

I have had one of the Profile seat post mounted racks on my road bike for years and have no complaints. I can fit a nice size bag between the cages and the seat. I tried the seat rail model on my tri bike and hated it because I couldn't figure a reasonable way to carry tubes and co2 without it looking like some modern art sculpture.

I really like the Minoura Double Cage Saddle Mount:

Leaves a nice big gap that accomodates a saddle pouch nicely. It also only costs $15. I have it on 3 bikes and it's been great. You will have to supply your own bottle cages (which are cheap).

I don't have them for aerodynamics but simply to augment my fluid carrying capacity. Also, one of my bikes only has a single seat tube bottle cage mount that's taken by my pump.

To the OP,
really depends on the exact saddle, it's fore/aft position, the type of seatpost and even the frame.
I do dozens of these in Kona on all sorts of bikes and there is no hard and fast rule here, just gotta rough it in and give it a shot.

I was wondering when y'all use more than two bottles. I'm training for the Buffalo Springs 70.3 and had figured on only using two bottles.

OP this may not solve your problem, but some thoughts:
I ride a 43. Not much exposed seat post. No room for a saddle bag with a rear h20 rack.
no room for a triangle seat bag on the seat tube with a h20 holder there, either. (bottle in that spot must be small to fit!)

however, with 2 frame water bottle holders and a dual rear one, if I put all my tools, tubes, etc in a water bottle, I still have 3 bottles of liqued on the bike. huuge help.
