Thanks for sharing, well everything but the pea soup....yuck. I so want to ride in the UK on a windy cold day. I'd rather do that then ride in 30C plus heat. It all looks so epic.

It looks amazing, I wish we had scenery like that where I live in the states.

Lol, I live in the UK and wish the opposite whenever I see pics of american rides, wanna swap.
I geuss it's the whole "the grass is always greener on the other side". I have just realisied I'm within reasonable distance of two apparently very good centres though so my opinion may change very soon.
I think scotland is where I'd like to go most at the moment though, well, possibly wait till the summer infact.
Does look like a very nice ride though. Never been to that area myself, been just north of it and I think just south of it, but seem to have managed to miss it out. Will have to stop and have a wander next time I'm heading to the lake district.
Nah Ralph...the grass is always greener in KS. Bring it!
^^ . . . and the water is browner too, right?

I read a quote in a imported UK magazine where one rider said mountain biking was "about getting in touch with history". Guess your country must be incredibly dense. Here the attitude is more like going out and getting away from it and becoming one with nature even though you are rarely outside of the confines of park .
