Just looking to convert my Brodie Ocho to drop bars. I have the Jtek bar-end shifter on order. But what levers do I need for the Shimano mechanical disc brakes?

That brake requires a long pull lever, so your best option is to use the Tektro or Cane Creek long pull drop bar levers.

I think those are the only long pull levers made for drop bars as of now. You could also try a Travel Agent, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms.

Another option are the Dia Compe 287V (http://www.bikepartsplace.com/discount/brake-lever-set-l-and-r-287-v/) levers, but I prefer the hood shape of the Cane Creek / Tektro levers linked to above.
