I've got an older nitto drop bar. It was originally placed on a mountain bike with cantilever brakes and dia compe royal levers. I like the bar but want to be certain it is a 26.0 clamp.

It fit really snug in the nitto Technomic stem. Does anybody remember nitto mountain bike bars? The drops are flared out really wide and the drops are nice and long.

Might be old Nitto Randonneur bars. Pics would help, though.

If it has a mild flare, it might be a Randonneur,

If it's really wide flare, you may have gotten very lucky and have a Dirt Drop bar. Was a drop bar designed for off road riding, rather cool, and hard to come by nowadays. There are copies though if you like the design. On One and Origin8 both make a version, though neither look as nice.

I think it is the dirt drop. I'd like to know if it is 26.0 clamp. I think it is. I'm not certain. There is no clicking sound when I hammer up the hills. I'm guessing it is 26.0

I guess I should put a 26.4 bar in and see what happens.
