Classic & Vintage - Help needed in LA

I'm wondering if someone could pick up and ship a bike from Los Angeles to NC?
I'd pay, of course, and the bike can be disassembled all the way if needed.

I'm waiting on word from the owner/seller.

That's not the one. The BF member who said he'd pick up the one I want also offered to pick that one up for me. That would move me from knee deep in bikes to hip deep.

I have purchased the bike, and riva up there on this thread is going to pick it up for me and ship it.
I am going to work it out with him, and we'll see about getting his Miyata "on the road," too.

I've got nice new TV shipping boxes and an A-B foam machine waiting here for the job. Not going to turn out like this.. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=506125 I promise!

An A-B foam machine? Sounds like this could be an interesting packing job, please document it if you can, color me curious as to how you emply the foam.
