I'm wondering if someone could pick up and ship a bike from Los Angeles to NC?
I'd pay, of course, and the bike can be disassembled all the way if needed.
I'm waiting on word from the owner/seller.
LA the state? Or LA the city? :)

"Le Mans Centurion Bike
This bike has been good to me and now its time for it to go. I am 6ft 2 and it fits me well. I would say it is a 21" frame. It also comes with a lock as you can see it wrapped around the neck of the seat. The frame is lite and may also be converted to fixed gear. First come first serve.
Thanks & Good Day!!
I am just south of Los Angeles. Any update on the bike sale?

That's not the one. The BF member who said he'd pick up the one I want also offered to pick that one up for me. That would move me from knee deep in bikes to hip deep.

I have purchased the bike, and riva up there on this thread is going to pick it up for me and ship it.
I am going to work it out with him, and we'll see about getting his Miyata "on the road," too.
I appreciate the offers, will PM one of you if it falls through for any reason.
I realize this is a major test of faith in folks I don't know. I believe it will work out.

It usually does!
Naturally, we are eager to see the bike when it shows up on your doorstep.
