Hi all, I just finished building my bike that my father loved so much I couldn't say no and gave it to him when he kep on asking. So now I want to buy a bike but that's already build. Whats everyone's opionon on this no name bike? Or, do you know any other stores online that have similar single speed bikes prebuild in this price range?

Thanks all

Since it doesn't list the components, i'd suggest checking out bikesdirect.com

Sometimes i feel like this site is just a huge BD ad.

it's NOT a one-piece crank... which is good for a sub $300 complete bike. nothing on it looks sketchy. it'll probably weigh a ton, and you can pedal with it, that's what a bike's for anyway, right?

it says it weights 22lbs. which is pretty good for a bike, no? at this price i think..

I can't find the threads but I've seen a couple posts from different people on here giving really poor reviews of crosslake sales

do a search, there's at least 3 crosslake threads that cover this in detail.

Good bikes aren't cheap.

Cheap bikes aren't good.

For a couple extra dollars (check the shipping price on the no-name), you can get a bd bike.... Just sayin'.

The no-name is likely a Windsor/Motobecane/Dawes/any BD brand.

Doubtful, just because BD sells cheaper than bike shops doesn't mean that every cheap bike on Ebay is a BD frame.
