There are three GE trucks and 8 dudes standing around a transformer that's found its way to the ground on my street.

I wouldn't know what to do either.

I new it...let those guys out of camp x-ray and all hell will break loose.

What are you doing in the meantime to while your electricity is out? Is heat, water, telephone service compromised while those brainless dorks continue to stand there staring at the mystery transformer?

They will have to replace it. Probably waiting for the new one, or calling the location in.
