I ordered a 1lb BLT sandwitch in a restaurant. I wasn't preapred with the order came - the 1 lb of bacon was after cooking. The piled bacon was 3" thick. I felt so bad afterwards I didn't eat bacon again for a couple months.

Not so much the first one with sausage. But bacon & cheese?? Sounds nummy.

You know, too much biking chat is bad for foo.

But, as far as I'm concerned more cycling = more bacon. Exercise improves your ability to handle the added cholesterol, the salt gets sweated out, and the fat is burned while riding.
