hi, does anyone know the approx. value of a masi gran crit. 1981 and a 1983 masi volumetrica?? both excellent cond. i have the opportunity to buy one or both and would really appreciate a price range for these. thanks. joe e . PS this is the same GC that i asked about earlier but ive recently learned it is an 81 and not a 71.:thumb:

IF that '83 is really an 1983 it will look very close to the 1984 Masi 3V frame on ebay right now, note the fork crown, Masi signature on the fork blade side and general transfer look. The images are not good, the link looked hopelessly long but it should be easy enough to find, just listed.

A friend had a complete 1985 bike a while back that was in just over average condition, $800. was the transaction price before this economy went plummeting.

thanks mr R. my friend? just called me said he paid 3000. for the 83 volumetrica. i havent seen it yet but i think he want 1500 for it-too high i think? and 1000. for the GC-well he said 2500. for both. that seems too high to me so i think i am going to pass on both of them. thanks so much for the help/:D
