"The 33"-Road Bike Racing - Cyclist Training Bible 4th Edition

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have the 3rd Edition. Anybody know if the 4th Edition will have enough new material to warrant its purchase?

The 'new' one just came out or is coming out feb1 or something.
From what I heard I believe it will contain more power specific plans and data.
I also believe there is/will be a companion that only covers the updates from the previous editions to the new one to make it easier for current owners.

i preordered the companion months ago
The new Triathlete's Training Bible should start hitting shelves in another week or two. Amazon orders will probably start shipping early next week and books will begin appearing in bookstores within the next two weeks. Amazon almost always gets them first. I've already begun shipping the Tri Bible to bike/tri shops and to international distributors. It will be the same situation with the Cyclist's Training Bible. I think they will start arriving in book stores around the last week of February.
From Friel's blog dated 1/28/09.
I went ahead and ordered the companion guide. $13 with shipping.

For something that's called the Bible, it sure gets revised a lot.

Mine's written on papyrus in Greek.
Then you probably have a couple of extra books in there compared to those currently printed.
