I have a Tridenx, lost the manual and can't remember how to get into the flashing mode. Anybody know?

I have a Tridenx, lost the manual and can't remember how to get into the flashing mode. Anybody know?
While facing the back of the light press and hold the left button until the blue lights in the center come on. Then release the button and you will be in the flash mode. Pressing the same button will cycle you through different flash options.

It works with either button. To put it in "demo" mode, you unplug the lamp, press and hold a button while you plug the lamp in.
