Texas - Austin area BF get together

I thought I'd see what kind of interest I could generate for either a group dinner, group ride or both.

Please indicate whether you'd be interested in participating in something in either early or late March (I figure we should avoid the spring break/SXSW period).

For all you racing studs, indicate the weekends that shouldn't be considered due to conflicts with your race schedule.

Also...I'm assuming a weekend for the ride...indicate which day works better for you.

I'd rather do a Saturday than Sunday.

Ride and Dinner. Sundays would be best (seeing as how i have a Saturday lab this semester and work and have class on weekdays)

...nothing between the 13th and 23rd (spring break)...preferably at the beginning of the month though

I'd be up for a ride and/or dinner. I have no real preference as to Saturday or Sunday.

For what it's worth, not everyone who might be interested in going to this is necessarily a competitive road cyclist, so if you do a group ride, you might want to keep it such that it could be done on a mountain bike without getting dropped.

Well...that was an underwhelming response.

I'd love to come down, but crazy busy these days. Been wanting to make another cycling trip down to Austin and since I'm not going to NAHBS this year I may have the vacation time to do it eventually.

I'll drive down from ellis county.

March 11 eve at Mellow Johnny's for Soldier Ride (https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/content/blogcategory/127/1011/)kickoff party -- 6:30ish -- and the rollout on the 12th at 9am from MJ's...be there or be square ;-)...also, racing at the Driveway on the 12th in the evening...I'll be at MJs and the Driveway...txvintage should be there too I believe
