I bought this frame from another guy and he doens't know what it is either. It's all stripped. Perhaps the lug cut/detail can help identify the maker.

What are the numbers stamped on the seat tube near the BB in the picture? It may help id the builder. The lugs look like circa 1970s. Pretty nice looking frame w/out paint.

The only numbers I found that's etched on the frame near the seat tube: 80 01 45779
