Now you get to name him. :) He's 18 weeks old, he was a rescue the day he was to be euthanized. He's an explorer, not afraid of anything and very nosy. And he's quick. Very very quick.

OMG, he is a cutie!!!!

My naming suggestions are:
Boo--continuing with the ghost theme
Livingstone--an explorer AND speaks to the fact that he is colored like a rock.

My Best friend when I was little had a black lab named Blackie. The name fit, I guess. But it's not much better than calling her "dog"

So was our boy, he was rescued by us just one day before he was to be euthanized, so we named him "Lucky" he was with us for 12 years, never went outside, one day he just ran outside, after looking for three days straight, we found him on the third day, curled up like he was asleep, but he was dead, he had no marks on him, just lying there like a little Angel, curled up in the grass in a lot right across the street from us :( We had the cat on his little "Urn" painted to look just like him. So I think Lucky would be a GREAT name for your cool little guy.

Joquinad's not bad, but I like Wihota better. Fradero sounds like a hobbit, and Bahusob sounds like an ancient evil.

ilikebikes, I really like that urn for Lucky. It's nice to know he didn't suffer from some kind of animal attack or injury from being hit by a car. That really is nice how you have that. :)

Or a variation: Punko

On the color theme, instead of the English word for white, use a fancy alternate language for the same word.

Or we can vote to have it named a Bike Forums member screenname of our choosing.

I met my neighbor's cat for the first time today. A skinny little boy somewhere around 10 months old. I was standing at the front door and he walked over to me with his tail up high. I ran my hand down his arched back and wrapped it around the base of his tail and held him there, lifting his back feet off the ground just a bit. When I let him go he layed down at my feet. A friend for life.

If you want alternative languages, Afrikaans is boring - Wit Zulu - kumhlophe (kum shlo pee)

My wife and her mother had a white cat - named Sooty.

It dosen't matter what name you give the little fella he's not going to pay any attenton to you when you call him unless you have an open can of his favourite food in your hand ready for him and even then only if the fancy hits him. :D

We have a cat who's job is to keep the rodents down (usually he is best with lizards  ), totally nuts, I think he is part wildcat due to have a very long tail, shaped like an ocelot - which is common for the cats here. Nearly pure white.

Due to his pretensions, everyone calls him Napoleon. My name for him usually is Malvado. (Evil in English) Him and Silky, our Cocker, spend their time waiting for me gnawing on each other - pretty funny really.
