Mountain Biking - is $575 USD a good price for an 01 superlight frame, used for only one season

well im considering buying a new frame and i came across this deal ... im wondering is it decent? The frame is in excellent condition and is annadized. Its an XL which is good for me since im 6' 6" It has the normal wear you would expect from cables rubbing but other than that seems flawless. Comes with the fox float rear shock also.

Yes, that's a pretty good deal. Which Fox shock?

i dont remember but its the one with the lockout ... ill get the spec on it when i get home ... ill probably end up buying it.

Im taking the klein to my local mechanic today to find out if its totaled because the rear pivot is stripped or if it can be fixed ... even if it can be fixed i think ill get this santa cruz cause i cant add disc brakes to my klein, and this pivot will undoubetly break again.

Good price. If it is only a year old though I would want to see it before buying. Check for cracks, dents and check if the frame/swingarm are stright.

Even if your other bike is still fixable it is always nice to have more then one ride.

how do you know it's only been used 1 season...? do you know the guy selling it? i'm not trying to start anything but sometimes you really can't trust people selling things.

Plus its an 03 and not an 01 like i originally stated. I ended up buying it, should be here by the end of the week. Ill post pictures once i get everything from my klein over onto this.
