Well. Before I have any bike events I have a run event. My wife signed me up at Xmastime to do the Shamrock'nroll 1/2 marathon on Mar. 15th. So today I went out at 8am on a 5 mile run. My best friend in the world is running it with me (he placed 2nd in his age category in the Big Sur 1/2) and about half of my family will also be in this bad boy. So, I need to divide my training with some running. My goal is to finish in under 2 hours... shouldn't be a prob. Bought new shoes today at Fleet Feet and "got fitted". Is there a runningforums.net? J/K. I'll be back 100% after 3/15.

Nice report :D

I came home this morning at 5 AM, slept for about 8 hours and I'll be up till 6 or 7 tonight. One day I'm gonna ride again.
