I am going to get sugino messenger rd, but 103mm bb gives 45mm, i heard. Now I have 42mm rear chainline. It makes 3mm gap, Does anyone have same problem?

That's how they are. you can always just run the chainring on the inner lip of the crank.
i have mine on the outside, not too bad.

3mm chainline error is totally fine. If you are a perfectionist, it might annoy you, but mechanically speaking, its nothing to worry about.

I'm off 3mm and it's just fine. Sugino RD with the 103mm BB.

No problems here either. Some cogs can actually give you anywhere between 43-43.5mm chainline in the rear, so difference between front and rear chainlines could be even less than you think.

It wasn't fine for me.. I kept throwing the chain when I'd skid and hit any sort of bump in the road, no matter how tight I made the chain. So, I put the chainring on the inside of the spider and flipped the cog on the rear hub. Now everything is straight.
Does a chainline that's off by 3mm stretch chains a lot faster than a perfect chainline?
I just installed my chainring on the inside of the spider, so now my chainline is perfect. I'm hoping I don't have more chain stretch problems.
