Is it just me, or have the bicycling.com forums been down for the last 10 hours or so? The rest of their site seems to be running OK, but not the forums. Any attempt to access them seems to just return a blank web page.

If they have been down this long, their web folks must be incredibly incompetent. I mean, how long does it take to change a page so that it displays a "we're having technical difficulties" message?

FWIW, this is not the first time their forums have crashed and burned for hours without explanation. I'm thankful these forums are more robust (knocking on wood...).

I could not get on them yesterday either. And your right they have had these sort of problems before; but hey what do you expect from a company that can no longer make a decent bicycle magazine anymore? They have gone towards a Peoples Magazine format where you read it for 5 minutes from cover to cover then toss it; so now their forum works the same way!

I've been having the same problem. Ditto about the incompetent tech people.

 How many forums do you people monitor? I thought BikeForums alone is already quite time consuming (and addictive). :D

Me to,
I try to monitor the local MTB page also, but it doesn't get very many posts to it in a day, so it's not hard. This forum takes up all my time trying to keep up with the new threads and posts. I wouldn't think of trying to monitor another page, that would be just too much! :)
