i finally got to ride my favorite trail again as chino hills state park is once again open after the big fires , it consists of road and off-road , i made 2 laps yesterday and it took 3 hrs and 56 minites to complete , i start off on rose @ the brea dam area head thru chsp via telegraph all the way to lower aliso and behind the green river golf course and take the train tracks all the way to yorbalinda blvd and turn right and take it all the way to lake view and turn right and go to bastanchury and make a left head to valley view make a right and then a left on walnut to prospect go right it will end at a vinyl white fence which heads uphill and back to the dam area , i slept crummy last night , it seems like the longer harder rides wipe me out and i cant sleep ? , i rode my new 2009 giant tcx :) p.s i must say my niterider trinewt worked great for my ride
