I'm checking out the times. Two reports about cycling in one day. In this one, the court has ruled that the state patrol must turn over accident reports for the montlake bridge so a cyclist who was injured there can prove a design flaw.

That is fantastic news. The judge in this case has a reputation as a straight shooter (I've waited on him and he's every inch a gentleman).

And Mickey is a great guy, his accident on the Montlake Bridge really took away a lot from him and the state should fully disclose its records of accidents. Did I read right, is WA appealing this? that is really poor form.

The AG may appeal; there seems to be a murky point of law as to whether the data was complied in order to be turned over to the Federal Gov't. We'll have to stay tuned to this one...here's the Olympian article: http://www.theolympian.com/stategovernment/story/747723.html
