What's the best way to burn off upper inner thigh fat? I'm relatively lanky (6'4", 167lbs) but this area doesn't seem to follow the rest of my body. Ride the trainer 3-4 days a week and hit the gym twice a week. I'm just being vain really, but it does tend to cause premature wear in my bibs wear the chamois meets the shorts.
Do you have visible abs? If not then you are like most of us where fat is burned off from the outside in. I for example already have really cut arms and calves, moderately cut quads and chest and some fat on my mid-section and upper quads. As I get leaner the quads and chest will get more cut and the abs will start showing better and well as leaning up the upper quads you mentioned...

You can't target burn fat. You can make the muscles under the fat bigger.

First is statement is correct, second statement doesn't help OP or anyone for that matter...
