A newbie biker walks into a seedy little tavern in Sturgis, S.D. He walks up to the bar and takes a seat at one end. On the other end is a grizzled bike veteran staring at a bowl of chili. The rookie sits there and watches him for about 15 minutes before he musters up the courage to speak to the veteran.
The shiny-new leather clad newbie walks over towards the end of the bar and asks "Excuse me, but if you're not going to eat that, do you mind if I do?"
The man looks back at him, and in a rough voice replies, "No , go right ahead."
He readily spoons the chili into his mouth and gets about 3/4 of the way through it when he looks down and sees a dead mouse in the chili. This causes him to immediately barf the contents of his stomach back into the chili.
The man of 1000 rides looks at the newbie and says, " Yeah, that's as far as I got, too."
