Wouldn't it be easier if you just spend $3 on a driver from DX? It's also smaller as well.

That would be TOO easy!:) I actually enjoy designing and building my own circuits.

I don't trust that DX trash anyway. Half the LEDs I get from them are damaged. I don't think they have a driver that does what I want. I should be able to fit the components on a 1" diameter board, small enough for my purposes. The circuit you see in the pictures is on a test board, not the final product.
