Commuting - What are you doing to promote bike to work week?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Bike to work week is just around the corner May 16th to 22. Are you doing anything to promote it at your work or in your community? I've been mentioning it to my co-workers, and getting some funny looks, like I'm daft to think they'd ride the distance I ride. I would love to see five more bikes at the back door, I know two nurse who ride, and or recreation director rides, and a couple co-workers ride, they all ask for donations for the MD rides they go on. Maybe I can entice them with training for the MD rides, or if they ride to work I'll ride with them in the MD or at least donate to the team?
I roll down the window and yell "allez" at every cyclist I drive by.
here is another incentive for commuters... The Commuter Challenge (http://www.bicycling.com/biketowork_bridge) Spread the words people... let's get everyone riding!!!

I'm worksite co-ordinator for the building where I work for Bike to Work Week (http://www.bfw.org/new_bfw/btww) here in Madison. Bummer is, we used to have "freebies" for people who registered (a Clif bar or a little watch-battery blinkie, and some coupons, etc.), but our sponsors haven't been as generous, so we're reserving the goodies for the events involving getting kids to ride more. Still, there are events all week (rides with local big-shots, etc.), and a big party at the end.

rui Sure! Show up at my office in Madison; I've got a few for "personal consumption" in what used to be my BTWW-goodie drawer.
