Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ok, so what's new. What is something or anything we did not know about training and nutrition in 2007, that we now know is important or of value in 2008?
As far as I know - stretching is last year's news - only good for 2nd place or special rehab cases.
Possible, too much Mercury is HFCS - that could accumulate is lard-ass children..... but then again who could tell - they're brain damaged already.
OK so what else?

The articles I read about stretching suggested that old school static stretching (reach and hold) is no good whereas dynamic stretching (active movements while reaching) is much better for after warmup/before exercise.
I still stretch after exercise/during recovery though. Feels good to me.
