Real Bikes closed in Pleasanton, and there went the parts bin for a lot of oddball and vintage stuff. Anyone know of a local source for some wrench knowledge and parts for vintage stuff; Tri-Valley or East Bay? Obviously, looking for carbon-free shop.

+1 on Dublin Cyclery. They has assorted vintage odds n' ends.
I was in Real Bikes the weekend they closed. I wish I could've bought the whole pile, but I had no place to store any of it. I did end up with some nice wheels, an assortment of good tools, and miscellaneous bits and pieces.
If you need old-school vinyl handlebar tape, I'm your man. :)
If you just wanna tweak a bike, drop me a pm. I've got a stand, tools, and enough knowledge to be dangerous. :D
