Does anyone know the thread on a Dahon speed p8 pedal. I need to order some pedals and I'm not sure if their 1/2 or 9/16. I've gone through 2 sets of these crapy pedals and I'm going to get some non folding pedals. Any recommendations.
Thanks

As it happens, I swapped my stock P8's out for MKS quick release pedals. I believe they are 9/16 and they are the MKS MT-E EZY. I love them. I don't even use the lock rings on them, and have never had one "pop" off. They are much better than the stock pedals. I put clips on them, without straps, and that combo is perfect for me.

Thanks, other than the pedals the bike has been awesome.

totally agree. I love my Speed P8. I've got it chocked full of crap like bar ends, fat rear fender (MTB style), cyclocomputer and two lights all mounted on the bars, and it still folds pretty well. If I take my time, I can get it to fold to where the magnets almost touch (though they never, ever stuck together, even before I added bar ends, etc). The P8 is a great bike that would only be better if it were a couple pounds lighter. I could swap out the heavy seat post/pump, but man, is that thing cool!
