Framebuilders - What Tubes Replicate Old Forks?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Is it still possible to buy fork tubes that replicate the skinny ones used by Alex Singer and Rene Herse bikes in the 50's? Also, does anybody currently make a cast or forged fork crown for these tubes?

Are you talking about the narrow "Imperial" oval fork blades? If so, Greg Parker at Bicycle Classics (http://00eda5d.netsolhost.com/index.html) might have some.

I have some of the blades if I can figure out what I did with them. Interesting to find out about crowns.

Yes, they are Cinelli crowns but Cinelli sold them widely, including to Colnago.
