Hi Guys - Ok - must get more serious about drinking water and being healthier. Have been a tad distracted lately with the new man in my life! But alas- must stay svelte for him! For me! fo us! So here we go-
This week's goals:
Workout Tuesday, Friday
Bike ride Saturday and Sunday (though it may rain one of those days)
Drink lots of waterSave money by eating lunches brought into my class. Bring diet dressing to stay on track

Start year at 100kg/220lb
2nd week at 98.5/217.1
3rd week at 99/218.2
4th week at 97.5/215
5th week at 97.3/214.5
This week at 96.6/213
Bit surprised really as I had a few large meals and a couple of beers last week. Did a couple of tough rides (60km with 1200m climbing) and some rowing machine sessions.

300# today. Of course, that number changed every time I stepped on the scale (I really do need to get a new one) :lol: Going shopping this weekend. I will try to remember to pick one up.

Met my riding goals last week, though I was short on the weight loss. 435.4 this week.
Goals for this week, ride at least 4 days. 1 lbs weight loss.

Starting Weight: 254.8 Goal Weight: 253.5
Goals:
1) Get to gym once this week for upper-body workout
2) Ride at least 20 miles this week. Weather is going to be sketchy so we'll see what happens with that.
3) Limit portions at all meals, and drink more water and less coke.

I weighed 228.8 yesterday (Monday) so I was up .4 pounds from last weeks weigh in. This was the 18th week of my using The Daily Plate and it's the first week I didn't get my typical approximate 1.5 pound weight loss. Actually as late as Sunday I was up 1.2 pounds, even though I hit all my calorie numbers closely all week. Today's weigh in I was at 228.2 which is a new low for me and based on Monday and today's weigh in, I'm headed in the right direction again.

Weight Loss: 3lbs
Goals for the week:
Cardio: 6 sessions.
Weights: at least 2 sessions.
Diet: Eat clean foods except for 2 cheat meals. Track calories on fitday.
