I wanted to join this forum in hopes of finding valuable infromation and maybe sharing valuable information. I have been commuting for about three weeks now and it has been very cold. I get tossed a few nice days here and there. I am looking forward to warmer calmer days. Hope that I can be a valuable memeber.

I used to live in Downers Grove, so welcome from a former Illini! Afraid I can't help much with the cold--we are already into 80 degree + weather here in Waco, Tx... but visit the forums often, they are really handy and helpful!

My commute is 10.9 miles each way. It is pretty nice. I only have to travel one section of road and the rest if on the Ill. prairie path. I just wish it would stay warm and a little less windy. They don't call it the windy city for nothing I guess.
