Northern California - Does anyone have etailed official road closure info for the ToC?

[obviously the subject should say "detailed", if a mod could fix I'd be grateful]

I have been digging around with not much success; maybe I'm just not using the right search terms but I can't seem to locate any detailed road closure info (that is not people just speculating), in particular for Stage 2, Tunitas/KMR/Skyline area. Please post links if you got 'em. Seems like info like this was readily available last year for Sierra, Hamilton, etc. but maybe I was spoiled being a Course Marshall :)

It's in the NEWS / MEDIA INFORMATION section:

http://www.amgentourofcalifornia.com/news/media-info.html (.zip downloads of .pdf files)

Download the "course logs" for turn by turn description of each stage including estimated times. Road closures will depend on the normal usage of each road: rolling closures for busy roads, closed most of the day for hills like Sierra Road on Stage 3.

Yeah, that's one of the first places I looked, and road closures are *NOT* included in that info.

Obviously there is going to be some kind of closure...I'm looking for detailed times, duration, etc., not vague speculation.
