Anyone going up South Grade this weekend that I could jump in with?

Want to scope out a spot for ToC and will go either Sat. or Sun., depending on which seems the better, weather-wise.

Yeah, looks like another storm pulls in this week. But, I'm going to drive down regardless, bring the bike, if it looks too messed up I'll just drive it a bit with the truck.

One question: do they have a gate (like Baldy)on South Grade which might be closed to trucks if the rain makes the road too sketchy further up the mt?

not looking too good this weekend. Cycling news story today said the road was impassable due to downed trees/snow from the storm.

i would be into it...ive been wanting to ride it...but does not look possible now...i wonder if this will affect the final stage!!!!!
