I need some help sizing a bike up. It is a Quintana Roo Caliente Triathlon Bike. I am getting a super good deal from a friend but I need to commit within 24 hours. I'm not sure if I should get a Medium or a Large. I am 6'0" tall and have a 34 in inseam. I have relatively short arms, would that make a difference? I have ridden road bikes and mountain bikes for a while, but really want a TRI.
Here is the sizing charts:

everyone will tell you to ride it and get which one feels better

well the bike has to be shipped from the west coast, that really isn't feasible. They said they could take returns, but It is going to take me a while just to build the bike first, any suggestion?

I'm going to assume that the deal you are getting is $1800, and while this is a good deal, don't rush your order in the next 24H just for that price, it will be available again. Personally (6'0" and 33"IS) I would say large but, thats because I have longer arms.
To find out what fits for you go and try one out.
If I had a spare $1800, the caliente is probably what i would get.
