Is $1800 a great deal for a Quintana Roo Caliente?

I am very interested in a tri bike, I currently have a road bike. Is this a great deal?

Hard to say with no specific info on the bike. I will say that it's only a "great" deal if it's new, because new ones can be bought all day in the $2k-$2200 range.
