Bicycle Mechanics - Clicking from RD Pulley...?

There is a clicking noise coming from what I think is the upper pulley on the RD. It looks like the pulley knocks against the part that holds the pulley, causing it to click.
This only happens on the highest gear, on the big and middle chainring.
Anyone know how to correct this?

Only thing I can think of is maybe the high-limit screw is not set right.

That was the same thought as soon as I read his post. Top derailer jockey wheel is prolly tapping the cassette. Would be 99.9% if it was just the big ring, the middle ring doing it is the "hmm" moment
