Is anyone familiar with these bikes? Own one or know someone who does? They seem to be pretty well equipped at a decent price. '04 Razzo 3.0 7005 AL frame, w/Shimano 105 for $870. Don't know if this is full 105 or not but...

thx

I looked at the Tirreno at the local Performance store. I found that the offering at Supergo was better. The have the Scattante R550, alum frame, carbon forks and full 105 for $699. Go one step up, you get the R650 w full Utegra. I'm waiting to pick mine up this weekend.

Frames are probably built at one of Giant's plants. They look interesting, but I'd rather pay a little more and something that fits perfectly.

Scattante, Tirrero, Douglas, etc are all generic catalog Taiwanese aluminum frames.
They aren't horrible but they aren't a bargain either. You get what you pay for.

I thought Douglas' was pretty good, don't know about the other two....
