I posted this link in the Road section but thought it would be more use here, posting it again if anyone missed it. I just happened upon it the other day and thought it pretty cool, especially for the price (i.e. free)...

A variety of videos to train to, hope you enjoy!

While I nit-picked his use of Scritti Politti, I love the idea, and want to burn to dvd...

That couldn't help. Could it? I mean. I'm baffled, yet curious.

Wow, nice cross between my usual video tastes: TdF videos or Spinervals. I think this guy's onto something.

What kind of player do you need for these ?? Windows Media doesn't work.

I did #4 last night on the rollers (15 1 minute on 1 minute off) and my calf cramped at rep 11.

Definitely keeps things interesting, mid way through you lose track of how many are left and the mental torture begins.

for the flv files you need to download an flv player. this is the same format as YouTube so you can save those things too (if you have a plug in to download flv files), and play them offline.

Thanks for the videos, I downloaded them last night and brought my computer into the spin room at my gym to do a couple hours of riding. A couple of other people came in and out, one guy who sat behind me thanked me for playing them and asked me where I got it.
