Hi,
I found this in the store a few days ago. Unlike low carb pasta this is an all wheat product that is like regular pasta. It has half the carbs of regular pasta.I have tried the sphagetti, and yesterday I made a tuna casserole with the elbows. I give this an enthusiastic thumbs up. You can pig out on pasta and not overdose on carbs.
Follow the directions on the box, it takes longer to cook (learned that one the hard way).

I have some Hodgson Mill whole wheat fettuccine. Every 2 ounce serving is 190 cal's, 1g fat, 10mg sodium, 34g total carbs, 6g fiber, and 9g protein. Ingredients: "100% durum whole wheat flour"

Ok, 200 cal, 1gr fat, 19gr 'Net carbs', 12gr fiber. 16 gr protein...

Sounds like it's regular wheat pasta loaded with protein, a la atkins.

I refuse to eat crap like Atkins. This stuff is alright.
