What you expect to pay for a 2002 Felt F70 from a LBS that has never been sold? It has a scuff mark on the top tube where a customer could not get their foot over the top tube but other than that it seems perfect. I think it listed for 999.99 in the model year. Thanks.
Offer $750, watch their eyes roll, then negotiate and settle for $850-875. Maybe you'll get lucky. I'm sure they want rid of it but they surely don't want to pay you to take it.

A month ago I bought a 2004 Felt F-70 for $799 (on sale - regularly $899) from Williamson Bicycle Works in Madison , Wisconsin. For a 2002 model I would think you could get it for a little less than that.
BTW - it's a great bike for the price!
