Drop me a line (al@integratefitness.com) if you'd like to be part of our "Impromptu Peloton" indoor trainer workouts. It works like the Mavericks surf competition, I put the word out by 8am on a rainy Sat/Sun, and you have two hours to get to Mtn View to join us.
We do this at INTEGRATE Performance Fitness, and it is free because I am just happy just to have people to ride with! We put on one of the three CTS DVD's that I have (MTB Racing, Time Trials or Criterium Racing), and we suffer along with the people on the tube.
We also do a little post ride foam roll/stretch if people have time.
