Just wanted to comment positively on Nashbar's customer service. Ordered a pair of Lake MX160 shoes last Friday. Monday I noted that the price had dropped $20 (probably a May 1st reduction). Sent them an email requesting a refund on the difference, per thier 15 Day Price Protection policy.

Got an email back the next day confirming my refund. And an apology for the inconvienence.
