For a quick synopsis, the wife and I split up last month. I was on the road until the beginning of this week with my boss. Him and his sister, who live together, took me under their wing until the wife moves back to Louisiana. My boss stayed behind in FL when I left and I've been staying with his sister (she's 25, hot, and id totally into me). I'm so uncomfortable with the situation that I wanna go back to my place and stay there. However, I'm not gonna stay somewhere where I don't feel welcome. Just kinda venting about it. It shouldn't seem like a bad situation but it is. The end.
Edit: The boss and his sister want to take me in for a full-time roommate.

As your image consultant and accountant, I advise that you move back to your place.

Hot boss's sister = forbidden fruit.
And he just gave you a raise, maybe he wants to make sure you can take care of his sister........

As awesome as my boss is....no...I would not live with him.
Take that raise money and find yourself a nice apartment. Of course, what do I know.

You want our advice on whether or not to live with the hot, boss's sister? I'll give you my advice when you start picking up that beer tab. Yes, Canadians have been known to fly great distances for free beer.

I think he said the sister is hot - not the boss. :innocent:
Bad idea. Of course we'd have to see a pic of the boss's sister to really determine if she's worth possibly getting fired over.

so?
On the bright side, at least it's his hot sister and not his hot daughter.

Yeah, because unemployed recently-divorced guys are soooo much hotter than employed ones. Not.
W/o the hot sister, I'd say maybe for a VERY SHORT time. I actually did live with my boss (& his wife & 2 kids) for a week or so myself. It was uncomfortable, even though we were friends, and it's really hard to tell when you've outstayed your welcome.

I had a vaguely similar situation YEARS ago. I was young, about 20 or so. A lady in our group at work just got promoted to the manager of the group and lived right near the university I was about to start going to. She was kind of hot too. She seemed to like me, we got along well.
She told me one day her room mate was about to move out and she knew I was looking for a place down near the university. She asked me if I wanted to be her room mate. I thought about it...definitely seemed like a cool deal at the time.
I talked to my supervisor about it who I was great friends with. She (supervisor) was older than both of us and good friends with both of us. She said to me something to the affect of, "what the f*&^, are you an idiot?.....of course you shouldn't move in with her. She's your boss!".
Glad to I got such a clear answer on it and glad I listened to her advice.

I've lived with numerous bosses. Works out ok as long as everyone actually gets along... Work related discussions do tend to continue at home, though...

This is an absolute no-brainer - do it! It's an opportunity for something exciting and memorable.

You should never turn down sex with a hot girl for any reason ever. Unless one or both of you is married or diseased.

Not a good enough reason to not sleep with someone... :innocent:
Get a short term apt. Something like a furnished studio you could pay weekly (if is just a temporary thing). If it turns out is gonna be more permanent, a small apt would be in order. Stay away from boss's sis unless you find a new job, then it would not matter.
In short: Don't mix it, it could get ugly.
I could see this ending badly, unless they are not normal. I'd be fine with a hot co-worker and my brother doing the dirty, but I could see how it could be a problem for most. But then I'd be fine with a hot co-worker and the bf having some fun, as long as I got to participate.

Agreed, I'd hit it.
Would you live with your boss?
I don't think her husband would appreciate it.
I do live with my boss and it's tough. It's the little things, like he never refills the ice trays, misplaces stuff all the time, and complains when he has to take out the trash.

Why is your place uncomfortable? Memories? Or is she still living there (in which case, I'd argue pretty strongly that it isn't your place after all)?
And to address the situation; I wouldn't live with my boss. And considering some potential tension with the relative, I'd stay away.
Or at least get your own place so she can come to you, all discreet-like.

You're not thirty yet but going through a divorce, she's 25, hot, and digging you.
Timing might not be the best, but yeah, I can think of worse problems.
If you do break down and hook, don't feel too badly, you are getting a divorce and paper work is a weak reason to put life on hold.

Monogamy is a social construct designed to support child rearing. No kids, so no problem. :p It's not natural (at least for some people).

Or she is a girl with clothes on only. Then it can be kind of awkward. Especially after money has been exchanged. And you're both undressed and this person is "better off" than you. Trust me on this.

Its simple: Take the apartment, save the extra money in rent. After you feel comfortable that she is clearly into you, ask the boss if he would be ok with you dating his sister. For all you know, sis is telling brother to ask you to move in.
Anything other than cheating or disease are inexcusable for not nailing a hot girl who wants you.

After they've decided they are through but before the paperwork is done is the only time I would consider stepping out acceptable.
