Foo - Why are some thread titles in bold, and others in plain text?

BF is monitored. Any thread that has a stupid post in it is left with plain text. Any threads with all good posts is in bold. So, scan through all the ones with plain text and see which poster appears in each one. There is your culprit.

But there seems to be a certain degree of randomness about it.

Bold means there is something new that you haven't read.

My questions is this, though: I get to the page and there are lots of unread posts. Great! I will look at 3 or 4 threads, but when I go back to the FOO page, it marks them all as read!!! Then I lose track! Why does it do this? It has been driving my crazy for a long time.

I do my reading by the "View new Posts" button. I see a little of everything, and while sometimes that means I post in the bmx forum, I don't mind
