I thought up a flashlight mount that will fit flashlights from 20mm to 32mm in diameter and can fit handlebars from 22mm to 32mm in diameter.
It is easily adjustable left to right. Most definitely snugger and better than Two-fish block or most mount on the market. The flashlight is removable by a quick release on the mount.
You need:
1. Two Planet Bike mounts, make sure the top is removable by a screw and there is adjustment on the band.
2. A short screw. 2cm should be enough.
3. A nylock bolt. It must be nylock for sideway adjustability, otherwise it will loosen.
Tools:
1. Anything to make a hole larger enough for the screw: soldering iron, drill, dremel, etc.
2. A screwdriver.
Pictures.
A non-adjustable Planet Bike mount, do not use this unless you only have one size of flashlight and handlebar mount to worry about.
