Being a victim of bike theft recently, I wondered if it would be a good idea to have a forum page or similar to allow similar victims to upload pictures and info about their stolen bikes, for others to keep an eye out for them on the mountain/road bike circuits etc - a sort of 'rider-hood watch' so to speak.
