Was it really an all-out sprint? Two CSC riders fighting each other, in Denmark, for a win?
I sure hope so.
Anything but the Mapei "two or three guys, arms aloft" finish. That stuff looks good during the finale of the Pirates of Penzance, but it can make for an awkward, contrived moment after several hours of bicycle racing.
Congrats to Frank Hoj, for taking the win on home soil.
Weeeelllll, it looks good on paper :) . Riis said it was on the up and up, but I tend to think Bartoli didn't try to hard to pass. He'll have bigger fish to fry this year, and Frank is a strong rider to have as a helper.
To bad Magnus flatted or we may have had a chance to see him test his mettle in a sprint again.

Can I make a request that future threads concerning race results NOT include the winner's name in the title of the thread. Makes it hard to avoid.

This thread was posted almost 36 hours after the finish of the race. Please. Were you waiting for the OLN coverage?
The threads not about the race; it's about the rider. If you don't want to read about the rider, don't read the thread. What he won was not in the title.
